Directors & Partners Leadership Forum
Reduced cost of £500 + vat for Directors/Partners in companies with between 5 and 250 staff.
Pro-Executive are pleased to launch an Leadership Forum aimed at senior executives in the South Yorkshire Region. Combining highly experienced speakers with practical sessions this course will be an excellent opportunity to network with other Senior executives and observe how you cope in challenging environments. The course will involve 4 sessions over 12 months.
Session 1: Developing Mental Toughness with leading sports Psychologist Professor Ian Maynard. Including a meal at Michelin Starred restaurant.
Session 2: Mental Toughness - Practical Session - A days golf with Sports Psychologist and professional golfer or learn how to dive with Olympic Silver Medalist Leon Taylor. Alternative options available for non-golfers/Divers.
Session 3 : Hells Kitchen event - We will be putting a team of Executives in the kitchen and challenging them to cook at a large high profile dinner.
Invite 9 guests to share a table with you in the evening.
Session 4: Leadership session with John Collicutt. Including a meal at a michelin star restaurant.
John Collicutt has had a colourful career serving throughout many of the world’s trouble spots of the last 25 years. He has briefed presidents and prime ministers, led teams and organisations of up to 1600 people, lived in snow holes in the Arctic, provided emergency water supplies to over 250,000 people, been shot at, managed a £100m a year turnover business, faced riots and worked in the public sector.
Normal cost: £1,500 + vat per delegate .
Reduced Cost: £500 + vat - Director or Partners of companies with between 5 and 250 staff can access £1,000 of funding via the Train to Gain leadership fund.
Includes:
2 meals at Michelin star restaurants
A days golf or equivalent.
A table for 10 at the dinner.
Professor Ian Maynard
Ian has been working with Golfers for over 10 years. He has acted as a consultant to 6 European Tour players (male and female), the senior county team of Surrey and junior county squads in Lancashire and Yorkshire. Ian currently works with the English Golf Union's Under 21 National Squad and senior and junior players of various standards. Ian attended the Barcelona (Sailing) and Athens Olympics (Sailing, Boxing & Diving), the Victoria (Cycling) (1994) and Manchester (Bowls & Diving) (2002) Commonwealth Games and has been a consultant at World Championships in eight different sports. Ian became an accredited Sports Psychologist in 1988 with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science and holds 'Chartered' status with the British Psychological Society.
