We are a regional firm of Independent Financial Advisers directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority specialising in investment and pension planning.
The business is the result of a merger between two established and well respected firms of Independent Financial Advisers both based in Sheffield.
Charles Gillespie formed WFI Ltd in 1996 and since then it has become established as one of the areas leading financial services organisations. It has gained an impressive reputation for it's service, expertise and integrity. Such has been it's success in this regard that today it's services are utilised by a wide range of clients in sectors as diverse as Merchant Banking and professional footballers as well as business owners.
Mark Rendall formed Rendall & Co in 1995 specialising in advising owner managed businesses. In 1997 a strategic alliance was formed with a leading national firm of chartered accountants to advise business and private clients in South Yorkshire. This relationship along with other alliances with the legal profession has resulted in strong organic growth advising high net worth clients as well as many successful companies and their owners.
The merger in 2002 has brought together the diverse specialities, skills and innovativeness of both Charles and Mark together with their established teams, operating from a custom designed office complex which was purchased and completely renovated in 2006 by WFI. The office is conveniently located in Central Sheffield to provide the clients of Whitehall Financial Independent with a comprehensive service covering all aspects of finance, investment and total wealth management.
