 Formed in 2002, Lean Consortium is set apart from conventional kinds of training provision and consultancy available from lean practitioners. Aimed at engaging operators and shop floor supervisory staff in real and lasting change whilst minimising the amount of management time absorbed, it is structured and delivered in a unique way. To be suitable for the programme, companies need to turnover at least £1m p.a. and employ at least 20 people. There is no upper limit. We're happy to recommend alternate routes for companies smaller than this.
